West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, a relationship-based, property casualty Insurance provider has been supplying valuable insurance coverage and service to home, auto and business owners throughout the Midwest for more than 120 years.
In an effort to maintain their commitment of providing the most efficient and positive experience for their customers, West Bend began searching for a document capture solution that would be flexible enough to integrate with their existing software packages and enable them to improve efficiencies and customer response times. After working with a third party analyst to evaluate multiple capture solutions, West Bend chose the industry leading Kofax Capture Solution.

West Bend chose a solution comprised of Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) to maximize the ROI. This software suite enables West Bend to more quickly identify documents, significantly speed up classification and routing of those documents and reduce the time and expense associated with manually processing documents.
