Kiriworks Achieves Record Growth, Wins Honors From Hyland Software

Kiriworks, Inc. achieves a company record level 47% revenue growth for 2010 and a 4-year growth of close to 70%. As a value-added integrator of document management solutions, Kiriworks exceeds both the enterprise content management (ECM) and entire IT industry’s growth rates of 6.5% and 5.4% respectively.

Kiriworks ranks as the fourth top-producing OnBase reseller and a top ranking Kofax Platinum partner, with proven capabilities in analyzing, designing and implementing customer-centric, ECM solutions. In 2010, Kiriworks expanded its new OnBase software revenue by 130%, with 4-year growth eclipsing 325%. Growth of new Kofax software revenue also increased 66% contributing to a banner year.

Kiriworks has now implemented over 250 individual ECM systems in a variety of industries including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and government. Professional Services revenue to support these new and existing systems also showed solid revenue gains at over 70% for 2010.

As Kiriworks continues to grow, its service offerings expand. Increases in client retention and revenue equates to enhanced service and training opportunities. Within the last several years, Kiriworks’ Professional Services team has significantly expanded in personnel, enabling each team member to become more specialized in niche solutions. Support staff has doubled to more effectively address ever-changing client needs. In addition, they now have the resources to coordinate OnBase User Group events, designed to educate clients and encourage valuable networking opportunities. Kiriworks is committed to investing in the success of its clients.

“Our success is a cumulative effort of our employees,” states Bill Buerger, Kiriworks president. “Their commitment to understanding the clients’ objectives, coupled with maintaining solid knowledge about the tools needed to deliver the best solutions, is unparalleled.” Each and every Kiriworks Professional Services team member is required to have ECM, OnBase and Kofax certifications, as well as training related to complementary products, including those in the Microsoft product suite.

“As the economy is slowly recovering, businesses are proactively investing in tools that enhance their long-term business productivity, compliance and overall customer service,” states Eric Willis, executive vice president, marketing and product development for Kiriworks. “Now more than ever, competitive companies are tapping into newer technologies to maximize profits and ensure longevity. We are privileged to deliver products and services that prove effective with these objectives.”
