Pantheon Industries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps individuals with disabilities find employment opportunities, has partnered with Kiriworks to implement a capture and enterprise content management (ECM) system that will enable them to quickly capture important documents and provide easy, secure access to them. Beginning the initiative in Accounting, Payroll and HR, Pantheon plans to expand into other areas of their business.
“Utilizing a high performance Fujitsu scanner and industry leading ECM software, OnBase, we were able to present a strong solution that would enable the Pantheon staff to quickly import invoices, receivables and employee records as well as provide executives with the immediate access to those records for annual audits, reporting and other time-sensitive business related activity,” said Patrick Gibbons, account executive at Kiriworks. “In addition, digitizing their records reduces the physical space required to house their existing paper documents.”
