The Canton Township Municipal Service Department, Division of Public Works was in search of an advanced enterprise content management system to enhance its asset management/computerized maintenance management system (AMS/CMMS), its geographic information system (GIS), and other applications used at the Township. After an extensive RFP process they chose to partner with Kiriworks and utilize the OnBase platform. Canton Township required a flexible document management solution that would seamlessly integrate with ESRI to manage current projects but also allow for future expansion into other departments and programs.
