Immediate Assistance

  • Free Support Services

    To provide the best support possible during this tumultuous time, Kiriworks is providing all OnBase Maintenance Services customers with the benefits of Support Services at no cost through July 2, 2020. We know IT teams are being pressed to solve the challenges of supporting a new remote workforce, so we are here to help. Effective immediately, all OnBase customers with an active maintenance contract can receive the following benefits:

    • Unlimited Phone Support
    • Unlimited Email Support
    • Unlimited Online Chat Support
    • Initial Triage of Customizations

    Current Support Services customers will also get the benefit of some extra guidance and leadership to help navigate this situation. Over the next several weeks, each Support Services customer will receive a direct call from our Customer Care Team leadership team to understand if there is anything we can do to further support their needs during this unprecedented time.

  • Unlimited ShareBase Access

    At this unprecedented time, millions of workers are being asked to work from home – almost overnight. This scale of remote work creates specific challenges not only for required system and information access, but also for required collaboration. This is a perfect time to explore Hyland’s secure, cloud-based content sharing and collaboration platform: ShareBase.

    For all customers who don’t currently own ShareBase, Hyland is offering a free subscription until at least July 1, 2020, shortening typical deployment time and providing immediate benefit. For current ShareBase subscribers, Hyland is providing free expansion to an unlimited number of users through at least July 1, 2020, to better support your workforce.

  • Web Server Pilot

    Keep your users connected, your content accessible and your critical processes moving forward with a free six-month pilot of the OnBase Web Server. This provides secure, web-based access to your enterprise data and documents, and real-time interactions with business processes: anywhere, any time.

    For customers that take advantage of this six-month pilot, Kiriworks will provide assistance with standing up an externally-facing Web Server at no cost. This 8-hour, limited engagement includes the following:

    • Remote services to install one externally-accessible OnBase Web Server
    • Configuration of the OnBase Web Server to meet internal controls as needed
    • Configuration of the OnBase application to meet organizational goals
    • Testing from an external endpoint to ensure proper and expected behavior

    To get started, we ask that:

    1. Windows Server with IIS installed that is compatible with your OnBase version
    2. Credentials and rights to install and test OnBase
    3. TLS Certificate to keep your data secure in transit
