MILWAUKEE, February 21, 2018 – Leading enterprise information management system integrator Kiriworks, Inc. wrapped up a strong year by accepting Gold and Diamond Support honors from Hyland. This is the tenth consecutive year that Kiriworks has been awarded high honors for their excellence in developing, implementing and supporting OnBase solutions.

One of the keys to Kiriworks’ success over the past decade has been the development of rapidly deployable solution accelerators for the healthcare payer industry. Eric Willis, Kiriworks Executive VP and COO said, “Our preconfigured OnBase solutions bring the immediate value of a point application, built and deployed on an enterprise platform.” Willis continued, “This strategy has reduced implementation windows by more than 50% – bringing production go-live to less than 3 months.”

Kiriworks’ continued recognition as a Diamond Support partner has driven the growth of new support offerings including Managed Services and Premium Support. To support this growth, Kiriworks’ Customer Care Team has grown by 75% in the past twelve months.

In addition, Kiriworks announced a new partnership with DocuSign to provide eSignature capabilities directly from their portfolio of OnBase Solution Accelerators. Jon Swisher, Kiriworks Manager of Solution Development explained, “This partnership allows our Product Architects to provide a seamless user experience and deliver our customers a single solution to meet their digital transformation goals. Our team has already seen the positive impact of this partnership by integrating DocuSign directly into our Network Development and Contracting solution.”
