At Kiriworks we know that a talented, happy staff is essential to creating a successful business and satisfied customers. Today our team is made up of passionate professionals who are looking for career challenges and opportunities, without sacrificing any of the fun. Think you have what it takes to be a Kiriworks team member? We’re always looking for forward-thinking, techy types who can bring something fresh and new to the party. So check out our opportunities below and tell us why you’re a good fit for our crew.
Work with a team of IT professionals to diagnose and troubleshoot enterprise software, operating systems, databases, and more. We refer to our support issues as “cases”, which reflects the amount of investigation and discovery required to resolve challenges that our customers bring us. Cases often come to us as a stone-cold whodunit, and we need to have a plan on where to start and what to do if the case goes cold.
This isn’t a “helpdesk” role—our Customer Care Team has no script to follow, only diagnostics tools and excellent troubleshooting will get these cases closed. We work hand in hand with network administrators, DBAs, sysadmins, business owners, and more to understand their concerns and provide a technical (and sometimes political) solution. This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to get stuck doing the same thing every day, and for a “jack of all trades” IT professional.
Kiriworks has multiple positions available and is looking for talented Support Engineers who are motivated to provide world class support for our customers. Experience with Hyland Software's OnBase ECM suite is required. We hold ourselves to a very high technical and customer service standard and will expect you to as well. There are lucrative growth opportunities within our organization if you're willing and ready to show your stuff.
We like to have fun!
When you work as hard as our employees do, a sense of humor and the ability to cut loose from time to time is a must! Our office and team events have ranged from pot lucks, chili cook-offs, ping pong tournaments, bowling tournaments, major and minor league baseball games, NFL games, NCAA tournament bracket challenge, NFL Football Pick’em contest, baseball opening day celebrations, comedy hours, cooking events, weight loss challenges, wine tasting, fine dining, and a fierce cross state college rivalry between our Cleveland and Milwaukee offices (Badgers vs Buckeyes).
